Yes. Turnkey project delivery is one of our core services — we manage design, construction and compliance under a single contract, as demonstrated on the Venetia Mine development featured in our Gallery. We operate in full compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993. Every project runs with a dedicated SHE officer, a project-specific safety file and documented risk assessments, and we provide the mandatary documentation clients require — including Section 37(2) agreements where applicable. Safety compliance records can be included in any tender or pre-qualification submission.
Both. Alongside municipal and government work, Mbombi Holdings has a genuine private-sector track record — our CIDB grade increases were driven largely by mining-sector contracts. Private clients, mines and main contractors are welcome to enquire directly.
